Our goal is to empower our community where people realize and use their full potential to create change.

aCORE Solution was founded in 2014 by four driven women committed to making a meaningful difference in their community. Witnessing the daily challenges faced by single mothers, single fathers, broken families, and underserved youth, they set out to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals could rediscover themselves through grace, assistance, education and above all- LOVE.

aCORE Solution serves adults navigating circumstances beyond their control - whether by choice or by force. The organization is dedicated to confronting the “Giants” in our communities: hunger, homelessness, hopelessness, and poverty affecting the mind, body, and spirit.

Our approach is rooted in action and compassion. We provide financial assistance through partnerships and donations, promote education and empowerment, and -most importantly- offer coaching and mentorship. Through these efforts, we are transforming lives and empowering individuals to become the blessing they were created to be.

Founders

Raquel Jennings, CPC

President

Raquel is a transformational leader, speaker, and Certified Life Coach who is deeply committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives and rediscover their purpose.

As the Founder of aCORE Solution and A Shattered Wing, and a coach trained through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, Raquel combines over two decades of professional financial & project management experience with something even more powerful- her lived journey.

After stepping away from a 20 year corporate career to focus on her family, Raquel faced a season that would challenge her identity, strength, and faith. A temporary marital separation forced her into unfamiliar territory, where she found herself needing support for the first time. What could have been a breaking point instead became a turning point.

Through that experience, Raquel discovered the life-changing impact of compassion, community, and seeing beyond a person’s circumstances. She realized that true transformation doesn’t come from inspiration alone- it comes from doing the inner work, shifting your mindset, and choosing to rise even when it’s hard.

Today Raquel uses both her professional training and personal testimony to help others navigate their own seasons of struggle. She equips individuals and families with practical tools, faith-based principles, and the discipline needed to rebuild, heal, and move forward with purpose.

Raquel is a dynamic workshop facilitator who has developed impactful curriculums in Entrepreneurship and Anti-Bullying. Her workshops are not just engaging- they are transformational, designed to challenge individuals to confront the mindsets and habitual patterns that keep them stuck.

Her commitment to transformation extends deeply into the community. Raquel serves with the Snowline School District as a member of the Student Attendance Review Board (SARB), and with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) as a Board Member at Large and Peer/Family Support Group Facilitator- where she creates and holds safe spaces for families to come together, share vulnerable moments, and build supportive, healing communities.

As a certified NAMI Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) member, Raquel partners with community organizations and law enforcement through specialized training to improve communication, connect individuals in crisis to critical mental health resources, and help ensure both community and officer safety.

She is also a state-certified Human Trafficking Advocate and a Certified Community Health Worker, continuing her mission to meet people where they are- with empathy, compassion, and practival support that leads to real, lasting change.

Through a combination of real-life insight, practical tools, and interactive experiences, Raquel equips participants with the clarity, discipline, and confidence needed to move forward. Her approach goes beyond information-she creates environments where people can shift their thinking, take ownership of their growth, and begin building lasting change.

She was reunited with her husband and has three beautiful children. She believes that no experience is wasted. With the right mindset, support, and willingness to grow, even life’s most difficult seasons can be transformed into purpose, strength, and legacy.

Rocio Garcia

Vice President

Rocio is a dedicated community leader with a proven track record in service, program delivery, and grassroots impact. After stepping away from the workforce due to unforeseen circumstances, she redirected her focus toward community development - serving in leadership roles in ministry at New Life Chapel-Hesperia, as a Board Member at Large with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and as Ambassador for the Academy for Grassroots Organization.

Rocio brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including nine years as a Corporate Director of Financial Aid and Regulatory Compliance. Her professional background is complemented by over two decades of event planning experience.

As a Certified Community Health Worker, she connects individuals and families to essential health and social resources, expanding access to critical support systems. She helps leading Entrepreneurial Classes that empower individuals to start and grow their own businesses.

In her role with NAMI, Rocio facilitates bilingual support groups and delivers evidence-based educational programs, and has helped facilitate an Anti-Bullying workshop to help youth overcome the peer pressures of high school. This experience strengthens aCORE Solution’s ability to address not only financial hardship but also the mental health challenges that often accompany it.

Her passion for service is deeply personal. In 2011, Rocio and her husband faced financial hardship that revealed a critical gap in support for families who do not qualify for government assistance but still need help during times of crisis. Rather than allowing that experience to define her, she used it as a catalyst for change.

In 2014, Rocio joined forces with three like-minded women to co-found aCORE Solution, with a clear mission: to ensure that no family is left without support during difficult times.

Rocio is married and a proud mother of three adult children. Her leadership blends lived experience with professional expertise, driving aCORE Solution’s mission to deliver practical, compassionate, and community-centered solutions.
